LEARNING PODCAST
10 fables based on adapted French Fables of Jean de la Fontaine, followed by an analysis on Leadership behaviours. After listening to the narration of the fable, you will learn about how the related behaviours of the story's characters affect their leadership and their influence on other people.
The podcasts are built in 2 parts. In the first part, the fable is told in an environment with realistic special effects. In the second part, the professor presents an analysis of the fable in relation to behaviours that can affect leadership. For example:
How can flattery be used in conversations?
How can we show the plus-value of our skills?
Is ambition always appropriate?
What is the difference between pride and humility?
Where should we focus our efforts?
Is simplicity a real constructive approach?
How does greed affect human relationships?
What is the impostor syndrome?
How can we react to a person suffering with an addiction?
What is an abuse of power and how can we prevent it?
This is a short and sweet learning program to avoid behaviours that could impact your leadership at work and in everyday life!
