Fang Ruotao is from the province of Hubei, China. He is an Associate Professor at the Hankou College of Wuhan. He graduated with a Master of Arts from the Fine Arts Academy of Hubei and also have completed the 3rd cycle of study. Mr. Fang also holds a license from the Faculty of Sculpture from the same academy. With his talent, experience of teaching, and his creativity, Mr. Fang is one of our famous illustrators.
